Hi, my name is Brett M Winning. I'm a graphic designer, musician, husband, and father, always eager to grow and explore new creative avenues. My journey started in the Midwest, growing up in Indiana, but it truly took flight in Austin, Texas. There, I dove headfirst into music, cutting my teeth on 6th Street alongside good friends, touring the country five times in a rock 'n' roll band, and chasing the thrill of live performance.

Life took an even more incredible turn when I fell in love with a fiery redhead. Five years later, in the middle of a chaotic, uncertain world, we got married during the pandemic in 2020. Not long after, we found ourselves in the breathtaking Blue Ridge Mountains of Asheville, where our first son was born at home, right in the heart of a thunder and lightning storm. We weathered Hurricane Helene there, and as life shifted once again, we made the tough decision to return to Texas for the birth of our second son. Now, with our growing family, we’re searching for the path that will lead us back to Asheville, the place that still calls to us.

Through it all, my passion for creativity has never wavered. I've spent years designing logos, album covers, and t-shirts, bringing ideas to life visually. Now, I’m channeling that same creative drive into UX design, pursuing my certification and stepping into a future where I can help craft meaningful, user-centered digital experiences. My goal is to collaborate with individuals and teams to build tools, apps, and websites that truly make an impact.

More than anything, I’m excited about connecting with fellow creatives, sharing stories, and forging new relationships across the world. Wishing everyone the best on their journey—wherever it may lead.
